TCB FITNESS: Strength is a Skill and Why YOU Need It!

Ok, right off the bat, I admit, I did not write this blog. I came across it from an email sent to me by Rick Kaselj, who runs www.exerciseforinjuries.com. I shortened it up a bit but I LOVE the overall message presented and how it is explained! The concepts of strength as a skill and “practicing” versus “working out” are ideas I agree with and often use to explain what or why we are doing something with my clients.  And yes, there may be a bit of a gratuitous plug for kettlebells near the end, but hey, they are awesome!
