TCB FITNESS: Avoid long bouts of “cardio”?

I recently went down south for my brother-in-law’s wedding. With some down time and a less structured schedule, I had the chance to play around in the gym a bit more than usual and took the opportunity to have fun with some different equipment, exercises and rep/set schemes. One thing I did try to focus on were some days of “cardio”, but not in the traditional sense of long, boring bouts on a treadmill or elliptical, but playing with some circuits and sequences. I found them challenging, enjoyable and they took a lot less time!
